Who this is not for
This is a structured audit and dispute program, and there are situations it genuinely cannot help with. Each of these is about the file or the circumstances, not about the person.
- An open bankruptcy
- Active proceedings where court-ordered stays prevent the file being modified at all.
- A report with no inaccuracies on it
- If an audit shows the negative reporting is accurate and verified, there are no legal grounds to challenge it, and we will tell you that.
- Wanting accurate records challenged
- Challenges are restricted by law to information that is inaccurate, incomplete or unverified. Correct entries are not a target.
- Already represented on the same file
- If another firm or an attorney is working the same bureau reports, conflicting disputes help nobody.
- Not being reachable
- The work needs you to review proposed challenges and forward the bureau letters that arrive at your address.
