Can you guarantee a specific credit score or that an item will be deleted?
No. The law forbids the removal of negative information that is timely, accurate and verified. No company can promise a particular outcome, or assure you that any specific item will be deleted.
What if the negative reporting on my file is completely accurate?
If an audit shows the negative reporting is accurate and verified, there are no legal grounds to challenge it, and we will tell you that.
